1. About Us

3. Products & Supply (Local Supporting Local)

Products available on our website are sourced through our partner network, with a strong focus on supporting local supply.

We aim to ensure that products are supplied and fulfilled from within New Zealand wherever possible, aligning with our commitment to supporting local businesses and communities.

In some cases, fulfilment may involve third‑party logistics providers to complete delivery.

As a result:

  • Delivery timeframes may differ depending on location and supplier processes
  • Packaging and branding may vary between products

Regardless of how your order is fulfilled, we remain responsible for ensuring your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) are fully upheld.

4. Shipping

We use a three‑tier shipping structure:

  • Orders up to $59.99 → $12.00 shipping fee
  • Orders $60.00 – $119.99 → $6.00 shipping fee
  • Orders $120.00 and over → Free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to third‑party suppliers, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

5. Donation Programme (Three‑Tier Model)

We operate a school fundraising donation programme, funded entirely by MoGreen & Co.

Eligibility:

  • A minimum item price or total order value of $20.00 is required to qualify for a donation.

Donation tiers:

  • $20.00 – $35.00 → $1 donated
  • $35.01 – $65.00 → $3 donated
  • Over $65.00 → $5 donated

Important conditions:

  • Donations are funded by us and do not increase your purchase price
  • Donation eligibility is based on item price and/or total order value (as applicable at checkout)
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the donation programme at any time

All donation representations are made in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986, ensuring they are not misleading.

6. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without notice
  • We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time

In the event of a pricing error:

  • We may cancel or amend an order before fulfilment

7. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you:

  • Agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout
  • Authorise us to process your payment

We may cancel or refuse orders where:

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
  • Product availability is incorrect
  • There are errors in pricing or product details

If cancelled, you will receive a refund where required.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to customs, couriers, or supplier issues
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery unless required otherwise under NZ law

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Ensuring safe receipt of goods

9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Under the CGA, you are entitled to remedies if products:

  • Are faulty
  • Are not as described
  • Are not fit for purpose

For:

  • Faulty or defective items → We will repair, replace, or refund
  • Change of mind → Returns are not guaranteed and may be declined

10. Fair Trading Compliance

We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986, meaning:

  • Product descriptions will not be misleading or deceptive
  • Promotional claims (including donations) will be truthful and substantiated

We:

  • Do not control these services
  • Are not responsible for their content, privacy, or security

Use of third‑party services is at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property & User Content

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to MoGreen.
